Oh hey hey, thanks for wanting to know more about our studio space!


You've landed on the ABSOLUTE best spot to get all the info you need - videos, pics and 3D tours! We list every single item that is and isn't included in your booking in this post.


HERE'S ALL THE INFO:


THE LOW DOWN

At Fynn, we are all about low-key, small-scale events. This is because our space is indeed a photographic studio (and not a traditional event space), and is in a residential area.


We are best equipped for workshops and classes, and small birthday lunches etc.

1. WHAT'S INCLUDED



THE FURNITURE



You will have access to all of the below furniture items (included in your booking fee):

- make-up station

- clothing rail

- changing room/bathroom

- kitchen island, counter, microwave, fridge

- desk and two office chairs

- malawian bench and chair

- a variety of plants

- wooden bench, macrame hanging

- bluetooth speaker

- wooden trestle table

- plastic trestle table


You're welcome to move these items around as need be, please do return them to their original positions before the end of your time.



Just FYI: you are more than welcome to bring your own furniture, florals or decor along to your session!


Please note we do not have ANY storage facilities, so any furniture items (tables, couches and chairs etc) would need to be dropped off at exactly the start of your booking, and collected at exactly the end of it.


THE KITCHEN



Welcome to our mini kitchen area!


We recently upgraded this area with fresh wallpaper, a mirrored "window" feature, and beautiful custom made wooden floating kitchen island.


The kitchen is stocked with the following:


4 dinner plates

4 bowls

4 side plates

8 mugs

4 water glasses

6 champagne glasses

6 wine glasses

cutlery for 6 people


Should you like to host an event or workshop in our space, please do feel free to bring in any other catering, bar, tablecloths, cutlery and crockery requirements.

The kitchen does not have a stove or hotplates, please feel free to bring your own.





OUTDOOR AREA


You are welcome to use the outdoor area directly outside our studio space. Our assistant will be there during your booking to help guide you to our allocated section.


Please do note that smoking is only allowed in the parking lot, by the front gate.




ASSISTANCE


You will meet one of our amazing studio assistants on the day of your booking - she'll be there to check you in, and make fab delish cappuccinos throughout your day!


(These drinks and snacks are available for purchase on the day through Snapscan or your banking app)



STAFF


Our lovely studio assistant is only there to make a few coffees, and supervise your booking. She is NOT a waiter/bartender/cleaner. You do need to bring all of your own staff.



PARKING


We can fit about 3-5 small cars inside our parking bays. We do suggest that if you have more attendees than that, that you uber/carpool.


Also, chat to us about hiring our lovely security guy to watch the cars outside.




2. WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED



THE ADD-ONS


COFFEE & TEAS


As a fun add-on, we have coffee, tea and waters available for purchase via snapscan during your booking. This includes absolutely delicious cappuccinos!



SNACKS


We have recently added a snack bar to our space, yay!


You are however more than welcome to bring in your own catering or snacks for your booking. Please let us know ahead of time, so we can set up a spare trestle table for your snack/catering area. Please bring your own tablecloths.



DEPOSIT


We do require a deposit payment for all event bookings, in order to cover breakages, additional cleaning, overtime etc. This deposit will be returned in full five days after the event, should there have been no charges incurred or issues experienced.



PHOTOGRAPHY


Would you like us to organise you a photographer for your event? Fynn Studio is owned by Robyn Davie Photography - a brand with nearly a decade of event photography experience.

OUR RATES


Feel free to browse through all our rates here. These are standard rates for photo shoots of 15 people or less. Should you like to include additional people, our security guard, or other add-ons we will create a custom quote for you.
