2. You don’t have a social media presence
Sure, you have an instagram account and occasionally post to Facebook - but if you aren't actively updating it and engaging with your audience, then your business isn’t really present on social media.

A website helps with customer trust and loyalty, and provides an easy and convenient place for people to learn all they need to know about you and what you do. If you’re any kind of business owner, and don’t have a website, most likely a consumer will find your competitor first. People trust a company with a website.
