D A I L Y S A L E S
Pop-up market vendors will be responsible for collecting payment
and tracking sales of their products/services on the market day.
Ticket sales for Fynn events/pop-ups will be managed by Fynn Studio.
O P E N I N G H O U R S
The opening hours of your pop-up will be discussed via email.
Vendors must provide their own human-power to tend to their pop-up shop/service/offering at all times, and should not leave their space unattended at any time.

L I A B I L I T Y
Fynn Studio shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by Vendor, including, without limitation, damage to Vendor's property, loss of sales, or injury to or death of Vendor (or its agents, employees, and/or personnel).
Vendor expressly assumes all risks of loss, damage, liability, injury, or destruction resulting from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to acts or omissions by Vendor, and hereby releases and waives any claims against Fynn Studio related to such loss, damage, liability, injury and/or destruction.

A S S I G N M E N T
Vendors are forbidden from assigning, subletting, exchanging, provide complimentary or for consideration, all or any part of the location assigned by Fynn Studio to any vendor, business or individual. No other business’ product or service, unless identified in this agreement, is allowed to be advertised or sold.

M E R C H A N D I S I N G
Fynn Studio will allow Vendors to set-up their own visual merchandising displays at the allocated space. The Vendor shall provide suitable signages, display stands and point-of-sales material, including mirrors and pop-up changerooms for clothing sales.
It is the Vendor’s responsibility to ensure that their pop-up shop is clean and tidy at all times.
Vendors shall not make any permanent alterations to the Fynn Studio’s property unless permission to do so is granted in advance in writing.
If you wish to display on the walls/pillars, please use prestick ONLY. Tape, blutack or other adhesive materials will ruin the paint – nails and screws cannot be used under any circumstances.
Please be extremely careful when setting up, displaying or removing items from your space. Vendors will be directly liable for any damage caused to the space.

M A R K E T I N G & P R O M O T I O N
Fynn Studio retains the right to market all Vendors and their products and/or services through its retail marketing opportunities. This includes our website, social media, promotional events, advertising and in-store displays.
Fynn Studio will document certain events, and will share photos and videos
with Vendors as and when necessary.
Vendors are required to market the event as per follows:
- re-sharing Fynn Studio’s posts that the Vendor is tagged in
- creating 1 x reel marketing the event
- posting 1 x story (3-5 slides) marketing the event

E C O – F R I E N D L Y P O L I C I E S
Fynn Studio is an environmentally-responsible business and we hope to promote the awareness of sustainable practices by encouraging all our Vendors to go green as well.
We adhere to the three R’s of Waste Hiararchy (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). As far as practicable, we encourage Vendors to say no to single-use consumables (especially plastic) and choose reusable options instead. If single-use items are necessary, Vendors should make a conscious effort to choose paper or other sustainable materials, and practice recycling where possible.

C A N C E L L A T I O N S
In the event of cancellation by the Vendor, the Vendor is still liable to pay
Fynn Studio the fixed fee for the entire term committed.
If a cancellation Fynn Studio is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of a
third party, or other circumstances which (in Fynn Studio’s sole judgement) may compromise the safety of Vendors or customers, then this Contract will be terminated and the
payment fee will be returned to the Vendor.

C O D E O F C O N D U C T
Vendors are to abide by all directives, regulations and rules set by Fynn Studio.
Fynn Studio reserves the right to decline, prohibit, or expel any Vendor exhibit, or prevent any activity, displays, products, or conduct, which (in Fynn Studio’s sole judgement) is out of keeping with the character and values of The Social Space or endangers the venue, any employee, or customers.
Vendor and its agents, employees, personnel, and/or independent contractors agree to be bound by this Contract and shall comply with its terms and all rules, regulations, and directives as expressed to Vendor by Fynn Studio in any way at any time. The terms of this Contract, including any limitations and waives, inures to the benefit of Fynn Studio and its affiliates.
M I S C E L L A N E O U S
The relationship of Vendor to Fynn Studio is that of an independent Contractor, and nothing contained in this Contract will be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency, or other relationship between the parties, or to make Fynn Studio liable for the debts or obligations of the Vendor.
If any term herein is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable then the term will be severed and the remainder of the Contract will remain in force.
This Contract is non-exclusive and Fynn Studio reserves the right to Contract with other Vendors of a similar nature or business model or similar products/services.
Any delay or failure by Fynn Studio to exercise any right or power under this Contract shall not be construed to be a waiver of said right or power, or any other right of power under this Contract.
